sound bar recommendations

Hey so i have a bit of a curly one, i am chasing a recommendation for a soundbar, not a specified budget as it is for my grandmother. She has just updated her TV and the sound from the TV is causing issues for her hearing aids. She has been suggested to get a sound bar for better sound output. What i am chasing is a recommendation for a sound bar that is easy to use, very minimal and still has good sound. She isn't very comfortable with technology so the more simple it is the better. I am thinking of something along the lines that as soon as it is set up she doesn't have to do anything other than turn her TV on and it connects automatically.
