Palladium or Atmos Summit for daily spend?

I have both, and my rent is $2.2k per month. The change to the fee structure doesn't bother me since the 3.1x I get on rent isn't changing. I spend roughly $70k a year on cards, and I'm wondering if I should go all in on Atmos to get the 100k cert and OneWorld emerald status, or max out the 3x multiplier, keep food expenses on my Gold card, and travel expenses on my Plat and CSR. FWIW I live in CLT, so American is the only game in town, and pretty much only take long haul flights with my wife or dad 3-4 times a year.
