Is MBBS as 2nd gen doctor worth it?

I come from a family where both my parents r doctors, my dad is from AFMC and my mom has her own prvt clinic, but I am not too sure on studying medicine as know from my parents experience this is an exhausting field and from what I know I wud want to have a decent college life. I'm thinking of switching career from pcb to bba in undergrad, my dad's seem a bit disappointed as even my elder brother chose commerce over medicine. I am very indecisive, could u people please guide me
