Flash forge PETG too thin ?

Has anyone ever received a Flash Forge filament that was too thin for the printer ?

It was my third roll of metallic red PETG. Sadly I fused one in the oven as it was too hot.

Right when I fed it into the printer I could feel it was thin and sure enough it won’t load into the printer (AS5M). Everything else works fine

Going to return it on Amazon but I need one more roll to finish the enclosure - guess I hope I just got unlucky and re-order ?
