Totally Misunderstood this Game at First

When I first heard about this game at launch, I was under the false impression this was a straight boss rush game where you face 9 bosses with no overworld or gameplay beyond this. Why did I think this? Great question, probably confused it with another game, but regardless, HOLY SHIT. Im finally giving this game a go now that I realized its a full blown metroidvania (my favorite genre) and I am loving every second. Still very early, but im a veteran of the genre so I expect to go through at a reasonable pace. Anyways, this game is fantastic so far and im so happy I learned what this game actually was and that im getting the chance to enjoy this finally in 2026
