9 week sleep regression?

Sleep

I am a FTM to a 9 week old baby girl who is EBF and exclusively contact naps (I do follow all safe sleep guidelines). She used to be an okay sleeper during day and night. At night first two sleep stretches would be 3-4 hours. But about a week ago she started constantly seeking nipple for self soothing in between sleep cycles. Should she not get the nipple in time, she screams and cries until she wakes up. Another side of the situation is that i have numerous let downs, so once she gets the nipple and starts sucking, she almost immediately lets go due to let down and starts crying and wakes up. I rock her, I walk with her, I do shhhhhhh and put her tummy to tummy - she wakes up almost instantly and start seeking nipple and the vicious cycle continues. She now wakes up/cries and fights in sleep for nipple every hour at night. And during day it’s a miracle to squeeze 30 minutes of uninterrupted nap from her. By the time it’s morning, she is fussy and exhausted and I am beyond worn off from all the fighting for her sleep. Side lying also does not work anymore. I tried the lying down feeding. I tried expressing before giving the boob. I tried block feeding. I tried giving her a pacifier, which she projectile spat out into my face. I think I tried almost everything in the book and I am exhausted to the point where I’d just let her cry her little butt off for a few minutes before picking her up. Is this a phase? Is this a sleep regression? Is it a developmental leap? Or my baby just glitched out? What is happening? 😵‍💫

Also, i did show her to pediatrician and she ruled out reflux, etc. she said that baby is perfectly healthy and fine.
