monomis diary explanation?

i was thinking about this the other day, when i played DR2 the first time i didn’t understand how monomis diary could be a clinching piece of evidence

at the time i was like inundated with so many plot twists etc that i just assumed i must’ve missed something but i can’t think of anything i missed

why WOULDNT monomi have known that hajime tried to go into the final dead room ?

throughout the game she seems to have the same sort of omniscience as monokuma and is inside the fun house

i get that she technically wouldn’t have been in earshot etc but is there another element to this i’m missing ? it felt like a weird thing to include since it was supposed to give me an aha moment

i was so sure that that wasn’t it i thought the aha moment was that chiaki wrote in monomis diary for her cause monomi can’t write lmao
