Struggle with Purge Packdown

I'm a new part-time freight associate with no lift equipment training. My supervisors expect me to do a purge within 1 hour, but I'm having a difficult time trying to be faster. I am a bit of a perfectionist and I guess quality over quantity, but I don't how I can take everything down, sort and stock what I can, bring whatever's left back up, make the bay look presentable, check for any low or missing products, and close out the purge within 1 hour. I'm going to try a new strategy of analyzing what needs to be restocked before taking everything down, but is there something else I should be doing?
