Cat poop and Potatoes?

So, this is my second season growing potatoes, purple potatoes mostly (incase that matters), and just a few weeks ago, I realized that some stray cats had been pooping in one of the plant beds with potatoes. I googled to check, and cat poop does carry some parasites/bacteria that can leech into the potatoes, so I was hoping I could get advice on what to do. Can I eat them still? Should I pull them up?
