Years behind and annoyed

Guys I know... i KNOW I am behind and as well I have no knowledge of the comics, just the show.

I AM SO ANNOYED BY EVE

She is awesome based on character but I hate that she can "rearrange matter" but cant fucking fix her leg??? She should be more powerful than the viltramites yet she is "weaker" than Mark...

Am I missing something?? Every episode i go insane with how OP she is yet she is SO damsel in distress... is this poor writing or something more that will be revealed later.

I guess my question is what the fuck is with Eve being do OP yet so fucking useless?? I love her but hate her so much. Also I am not caught up so dont be mad if I havent seen everything yet.
