Best screen protector for note taking ?

I already have a tempered glass placed over my ipad screen but it's too slippery and I usually write in cursive, so it's becoming too tough for note taking .

Which one should I use that makes note taking better?

1. install magnetic paper like over the tempered glass
2. use paper like alone
3. use matte - screen as a middle ground?? ( Protects pencil and gives that sense of friction and note taking )

Or any other? Pls do lmk.
