Solo trip to Germany for a week on March 1st week

Hi,

I am coming to Germany for a week, I am doing a solo trip from India. I want to keep my expense cheap. This I am looking for

2. Cheap food(I am a non veg so I can survive on anything)

4. What all sightseeing I can do in this time of the year
