Caste validity regarding doubt, urgent

Guys I have caste validity certificate of obc, which is the caste validity no. The one below barcode on top right or one below it in another box(which is vc no.) . Also my caste certificate has a .(Dot) In it but in cet website they only allow dash(minus sign, what do I do)
