Which is better; Marketing Management or Human Service?

Problem/Goal: I'm a 1st year college student who wants to shift to another progrram next school year. However, I'm having a dilemma on choosing a program.

So here's the breakdown...

Marketing is my first choice since some people say that it's hard to get a job under human service especially here in the Philippines. However, I'm a STEM graduate that's why if I will shift fo BSBA-MM, I will be taking 3 bridging subjects + other minor and major subjects in MM. There's also a big possibility that I will be 1 year delayed.

Human Service is my least choice since I feel like I will have a hard time finding a job after graduate. The back subjects that I need to take here is lesser than in marketing.

Help a freshie out here Also, is is really that hard to find a job under Hum Serv?🥹
