Need Help setting up an Ibanez Jem

So I recently bought an Ibanez Jem and it’s amazing, looks so good and I can’t wait to play it but I’m struggling on the setup. It’s got a double locking floating tremolo bridge so I can’t just tune it normally. I’ve never had locking strings before so I’m kinda stuck, I tried watching a video but it basically told me to unscrew the locking pegs, tune it whilst also adjusting the action to make sure it’s equal on both sides??? I’m not sure it was very confusing. Does anyone have any indepth videos that they could link me?
