To the people who already own a kelly?

Im about to buy my first hermes bag and i have desided on a vintage vinyl kelly which is a pretty big bag. im just worring about how practical the bag is cause the handle looks pretty small and i wanted to know if it is a practical bag? Is it hard to style and maintain? Just anything a new kelly owner should know before buying wouldbe great :)
