Driver hit my car

Hello, after being given the driver supper number from Walmart and then having the driver support agent give me a non working number, I’m at my wits end. How the hell do I get this handled? The driver called us 5 times over an hour unable to find our house even though we get a spark delivery weekly. Then I finally see he delivered and when leaving, he hit my daughter’s car and left the scene. Now his number is going straight to voicemail and I’m kind of lost as to the next step.
