Opinion on buying DEMO piece of legion 5 4060 with i7 14th gen from showroom

Im planning to buy the above mentioned model and the org price is around 1.35 lakhs. But when I enquired in the showroom , they told they only have the demo piece left for this particular variant and I could get it at the rate of 1.14 lakhs.

Specs: 16gb Ram RTX 4060 Intel i7 14th gen 1 TB SSD

Is there any potential issues buying this one?. They said I can check the laptop before buying if so anything I should check before buying.

I am not able to find this model with 4060 anywhere online and this is the best offer I have in my hand right now.
