Marathon Training in Freezing Temps

🥶 Hi! Anyone else marathon training this winter and living in a region where it has been absolutely freezing every day? I am in New Jersey and temps haven’t gotten much past 20° since last Friday. I am seriously considering doing two tread 50s in a row this morning. One is still available and I am tempted. It is 0° right now and I need 18 miles today. I am running Tokyo a month from tomorrow!
