Updating my suits for new job

I’m taking a new job where for the first time since 2019 I will need to wear a suit regularly (3+ times per week).

What’s the go to option these days for picking up 3-5 nice suits? I own a few staples already (charcoal Hugo Boss, blue Indochino, gray Brooks Brothers, etc) but they’ve got a lot of miles and I’d like some that are a bit more tailored to my current physique (5’9” 170lbs). I will be speaking publicly and appearing on camera, so I need something that looks good, but nothing very trendy. I need solid staples, good cuts, and tailored well.

I was thinking about just going to Dillard’s and ordering 3 or 4 off the rack and having them tailored. At the same time I see these companies like Suit Supply and Indochino, and I like the one suit I have, but it’s definitely more stylish than I probably need for this role.

What’s the move?
