Voucher purchase problem?

Hoping someone can help because I gor ignored in the discord.

My friend has been trying to by me a voucher for the gilded acorn pack (I think, its a gift) and the money has been taken off their bank account several times, but I haven't gotten the voucher.

Does it take a while to reflect or is there a problem with it maybe?

If it helps, I play on mobile and she plays on PC through steam.
