Is +1 to +3 subscribers per every 1000 views a good ratio for shorts?

Just curious what you guys get in terms of subscribers per every 1000 views on a short? I feel like this rate isn’t horrible but I can’t really tell. I just posted another short that only got 1000 views, but it gave me +3 subscribers.
