Now 4 times i have deleted playlists, saves by accident . Theres no instructions anywhere.

Also some serious issues with thumbnails. So heres whats going on and some questions maybe this form can help me with

1 -what does device sync actually do ?

2- Why do favourite movies and series ONLY load from the homescreen ? Accessing them from the ‘favourites’ section on the left hand bar, the thumbnails dont load. (Tvos specifically) ios they work fine in all sections.

Also all movies and series thumbnails do not load/work in the movies and series sections, i have to manually search them and then they load, why only load from homescreen ? Thats a bad bug, the dev doesn’t help, blamed my provider. (But they work in tivimate and on uhf ios, just not on tv os) I dont think the dev knows how to fix that

I have tried updating my Atv firmware, delted uhf, updated uf, tried different playlists from different providers too.

3-Danger zone section, what does share backup do ? Am i sharing whats on my current device with a different device so they are both exactly the same ?

This section is a headache,make it clearer, perhaps clear guidelines such as ‘ Do you wish to share this backup with ‘Upstairs Apple tv, Iphone 15 etc. basically show me my devices and send my backup to those.
