Two factor authentication was set up on an account of mine by someone who wasn’t me. Now I have no way to get into my account.

See the above. I tried to change the password on my other account to get back in, but it asked for two factor authentication, and I can’t provide that since the hacker set it up, so the 2fa is linked to their phone number or email address. Help!! I want my other account back!
