Plateau

I have a follow up with my PCP on Monday and am trying to decide if I should go up on dosage. I’ve hit kind of a plateau, I keep going back and forth the last month. I notice a little more food noise and hunger, but no where near where it was before I started.

I am currently on 5mg have been taking tirzepatide since June 20th 2025 but 5 since July 18th. I have lost 56lbs, my goal is to lose 50lbs more
