Will plan b be effective?

Long story short, condom broke at around 5AM January 31. It is currently 8:30AM January 31. I don’t get paid till 6pm. Will I be okay if I take a plan b in the next 9-10 hours? My Flo app says ovulation will occur in 4 days (Feb 4) but the blue background and the “see why pregnancy chances might be high” are freaking me out. from what I’ve read I’ll be okay but I’m confused and panicking.
