Help selecting "Sentry" dashcam system to protect against car tempering

I'm hoping you guys can help. My wife is dealing with a stalker who has a history for messing with cars. I'm looking for a camera system that can basically give me 360 coverage and detect a person who gets close enough to touch the car. I did some research and am thinking I'll likely need a battery back up or something to ensure the camera system will last for a day or two at least while the car is off and obviously can't drain the battery to nothing. Any help us appreciated and hopefully what I'm looking for exists. Thank you.
