SocialFocus extension and Kiwi browser

I had been using SocialFocus extension with Kiwi browser to hide my news feed, and it worked super well. All of a sudden yesterday I noticed it is no longer hiding my news feed. Anyone know if something happened to the extension or browser to make this method not work anymore?
