Scholarships: where to look

Hey everyone, my goal is to go study in the uk, but i’m young (already 18 though) and i’d have to rely on my parents financially to pay tuition and most of the living costs. I want to do a bit of research on scholarship opportunities but everything is really confusing. What steps should i take? where am i supposed to be looking? do you know of any institutions i should look into?
