2023 XT5 Remote Start Question

I live in Western PA and we are going through some frigid times. I have read in many places that the XT5 will remember the last settings for the cabin temperature, heated seats, and heated steering wheel from when it was last shut off. But, when I use the remote start none of that is happening. I have gone through all of the menus but didn't see anything in there.

Does anyone know if what I have read is true? There is nothing on the app.
