Growing up with a heavy chest made bra shopping exhausting — sharing a short anonymous study

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share something that’s been on my mind for a long time.
I’ve had a heavier chest since my school years, and finding bras that actually fit, feel comfortable, and don’t draw unwanted attention has always been harder than it should be.

Between inconsistent sizing, uncomfortable wires, limited options, and feeling awkward even asking for help, bra shopping has often felt more stressful than empowering. Over time, I realised how common these experiences are — but we rarely talk about them openly.

I’m currently sharing a short, anonymous research study to better understand everyday lingerie comfort and fit experiences across different body types and lifestyles.
It’s not promoting any brand, doesn’t ask for personal or financial details, and takes about 2 minutes.
