How is Samsung S9 fe+?

Hi, I have to buy a tablet, I have two choices, samsung s9 fe+ and Ipad(cheapest one).

I have been told that Samsung's Exynos slows down over time and becomes bit laggy but the 13" display size is really apt to my requirement while the ipad is only 11".

Please help me make a choice.
