New grad job in med spa

Hi everyone,

I’m a new PA-C in New Jersey and have an interview coming up with a med spa that has a very good reputation. I’m excited, but also trying to be smart and protect my license, especially since med spas seem to live in a lot of regulatory gray areas.

For those of you who’ve worked in or around med spas,what are major red flags to look out for during the interview or onboarding phase?
