What's a gift that you would want from your gf for valentines?

My bf(25) is a car guy and i have absolutely 0 knowledge of cars. However I want to give something nice for valentines. My budget is not too high unfortunately so pls don't suggest something super expensive. There are a lot of car related gifts ive already given him like hot wheels and other car models, car design keychains, car brand perfumes, car themed paintings etc and he's liked them all. But I'm out of ideas now and need help.
