I received two e-permit from BCC

Context: I registered for BCCAE, pero later on I found out na bawal gali ang G11 card kag need gid ang G12 report card. I sent them an email asking if disqualified na'ko tungod sa wrong document. They said na pede pa'ko ka-register ulit w the right document kag different email. So that's what exactly I did.

So naghulat ko sang e-permit ko sa 2nd email ko nga gigamit since amo man to akon sakto nga document nga gisendan. Weeks later I received my e-permit, kaso na-shock ko kay na-send siya sa 1st email ko nga gi-register—though ging pabay-an ko na lang. So I had my e-permit na, kaso I had my valid reason ngaa indi ko ka-attend sina nga date so I emailed their office ulit(using the 1st email) asking for a reschedule. Days later I received a response from them saying my reason is allowed kag need ko na lang maghulat sang new e-permit ko.

So naghulat ko kag pagkabwas ara dayon. Kaso ang problem ko IS, ang new e-permit ko WERE sent sa 1st email kag sa 2nd email, with different schedule and sequence no. The e-permit sa 1st email ko is same sa sequence no. from the first one, while sa 2nd email naman is different sequence no. from the first one.

Mas una ang schedule sang e-permit sa 2nd email ko. While 2days later ang schedule ko sa 1st email. So idk if I should email them pa ba and ask if ano gid ang final schedule between the two or indi na lang kag ang kwaon ko na lang nga exam is sa nakaschedule sa 2nd email since amo ang mauna nga date? Kaso ga-worry ko kay basi magka-problema or error sa ila office. What should I do?

Pls help me if ano ang sakto nga himoon since nahuya na'ko mag-email ulit. Tamo libog na ila ulo tungod sakon 😭 Am I overthinking lang ba guys?
