Help! What would you do. Cramps 3 days after 12w cerclage

Background: 23w loss due to ascending infection and IC. This pregnancy is had a preventative cerclage placed at 12w. That was weds. Thursday i was miserable with a migraine and minor cramping, Friday I was mostly fine. Saturday woke at 1am with contraction like pain, but minor. Just these low level cramps that came and went at regular intervals. I took an indocin when it didnt go away in an hour. Indocin took it right away in about 45 mins.

Went back to sleep. Now its Saturday mid morning and I have a bit of back pain (could be constipation) and occasional cramping but not rhythmic like before. I called on call doc and she said "nothing I can do on the phone, go to the ER if you want answers". Like okay b*tch. Can't you just tell me if this type of cramping is normal 3-4 days after a cerclage? My ER copay is $500. Ill be honest ill likely tough this out till Monday and call her office.

A side note. My doc didnt have me take any indocin after the procedure. She prescribed it and said call her if I think I need it and she will give me the go ahead. But now its the weekend and she isnt the on call doc. 😡
