Cat is Sneezy

Hi all. I adopted a cat from a shelter one week ago. She has started to sneeze and sounds congested when she breathes. Other than that, she has no symptoms.

I don’t want to be a helicopter parent, but I’m thinking of bringing her to the vet to get checked out. I am a first time cat mom, so any advice is welcomed.
