New Import Laws

Merhaba everyone, I have a question regarding the new importing laws. Do they also include medical devices? I'm a Type 1 diabetes patient and I use a device called a "continuous glucose monitor" which monitors my blood sugar levels in real-time and immediately alerts me if it goes up too much or goes down too low as well. What I want to ask is if medical devices are exempt from the new customs declaration and gümrük regulations or not, because a single monitor costs around 7500₺-8500₺ in Türkiye and I need at least 2 per month, but if I buy them from abroad I'd only spend like 4500₺ including shipping for an entire month's supply which is much much cheaper. Unfortunately I'm going to be stuck in Turkey for the next two years so I can't use GurbetçiExpress and buy the devices from abroad and bring them with me.
