Iron Fist on Clobbering Club Duel feels like cheat

Even though i can win 1v1 against most of dps/healer, if enemy has way too DMG or Health like Magik or any tank, i can just climb somewhere or run away and heal myself and repeat this till they die. Legit im playing for like 2-3 hours, made dozens of duels and didnt lost a single duel with iron fist. He felts like hyena
