Who are the investors behind Ramagedon?

Many companies are adding useless AI features adding AI to things that don't need AI. Inderictly increase RAM, SSD and eventually GPU prices. A reason why I heard a lot is to please the shareholders. My question is who are these shareholders that care so much about AI?
