Looking to transfer out of state

I am currently certified in Virginia and work as a patrol deputy.

Unfortunately due to the recent events(not to be political) in VA, I’m looking to move out of state depending how affordability is here in the coming months.

I was looking at Florida and maybe Georgia. Has anyone had any experience with out of state transfers to there and how was the process? Thanks.
