Hi everyone,

I’m currently exploring opportunities in BPO and I keep hearing about the “Google DSA” account. I’m curious about what it’s really like to work on this account.

Could anyone share their experiences or insights about:

• What a typical day looks like
• Pros and cons of the account
• Tips for someone starting on Google DSA
