Do you think it is possible that Rep. Luna's task force has already gotten the information they have been publicly seeking but now have become part of the coverup?

Just a thought: What if all their work toward getting answers has actually already resulted in access to the Legacy Program and those responsible for maintaining the cover-up, and after they learned everything, they, too, believed that public knowledge would be catastrophic, and have become part of the coverup by providing a false narrative that they are continuing to be denied access to people and documents?
