Tubes are out!!

Hi all! After years of consideration and months of waiting I had my bisalp on January 30th :) I read literally dozens of experience posts on here to prepare myself so I figured it’s time to pay my dues, haha

To start: I’ve known I never wanted to have children since I was a child myself, it terrified me and just felt wrong (which I would later find is a symptom of being nonbinary, but regardless). I remember being 10 or 11 and my friend telling me her mom had gotten her tubes tied after her third kid and she couldn’t have kids anymore and just thinking yep, that! I will do anything in my power to have that someday. Throughout this process I had a lot of what if moments and I kept returning to that moment as a kind of grounding force
