No option to make dodge and sprint the same button

I saw a post a while back detailing how to make dodge and sprint the same button in the demo, complete with screenshots and everything. In that post, the person seem to be playing on Xbox. I'm playing on PS5 and I'm 99.9% sure that this option is not available. I've looked through absolutely every menu. Anybody else run into this?
