I [30M] cant stop thinking about my [39F] boss

I (30M) have had this (39F) boss for 5 years. Since day one I thought she was one of the most attractive women I have met. Im married and she is married with kids. I am a high performer at work in part because I don’t want to disappoint her. I feel more attracted to my boss than my wife and because of that sex life at home isn’t great. I keep playing out scenarios in my head of where something could happen with my boss IE: work trips, drinks after work, etc. although I am a pretty loyal person so I know if the opportunity did arise I probably couldn’t act. We definitely have a good relationship she confides in me about confidential work stuff, family life, and we always have a good time together, our personalities are almost identical so we get along really well. Idk what to do but its driving me wild.
