Spotting after SCH

Hi all, at 11 weeks I started randomly bleeding from a small SCH and was checked in the hospital for 2 days until it was under controlled and bleeding stopped. 2 weeks later, I started brown spotting at 13 weeks and have been spotting every single day since then (currently 15 weeks). The dr keeps telling me it’s fine but I’m still worried.

Any similar stories and how did it go?
