Giving LO Vitamin D

Hi all, I have a 4 week old baby and have been trying to give him vitamin D drops. It's advised in the UK to give newborns Vitamin D as the UK doesn't get much sun. I really hate the way it tells you to administer it, to put each drop on the boob and have the baby suck it off. This is such a pain in the arse and takes forever id much rather just drop it his mouth. Is there a better method that anyone has tried? Thanks in advance 🩵
