Help for new deal for gaming pc of 2000€

Hello!

Im looking for advice for what is going to be my first ever good PC and new build. My maximum budget is 2000€ In Europe. The uses will be gaming (cyberpunk, paradox and total war games, counter strike..) and also some autocad work. Would this be a good deal for 2000€?
