Lets talk about certification courses

So I wanna know what certifications would help for candidates to grow higher in their career or switch jobs.

I have heard that PMP/ Prince 2 are much preffered in middle east? Is it true? Are they really worth?

Or Is there any new skill expected by IT companies here.
